JANUARY 2009

Happy New Year to everyone! We had a wonderful 2008 and we know 2009 is going to be even better. We thank you for all your help and cooperation.

Tuition

In order for us to closeout our 2008 financial books, all past due accounts must be paid in full. Please verify with someone at the front desk about your current balance. We appreciate your cooperation.

Non-Academic Days

Cold Weather

We think it is important for the students to go outside whenever possible. Please bring coats, hats, and gloves everyday.

Change of Clothes

Accidents are unavoidable; therefore please provide your child with a change of clothes appropriate for the weather. Please label your child’s clothes with his or her name.

Blankets

Please make sure your child has a small blanket and sheet every Monday. If your child uses a pillow it must have, a pillowcase or it will be left in their cubby during naptime.

Illness

In an attempt to avoid spreading illness, students must be fever and diarrhea free for at least 24 hours without medication before returning to school.
Kindergarten classes will no longer receive a progress reports unless the child has a D or below for their semester grade. If you have any questions, feel free to talk to your child’s teacher.
